Ni's was waken up by her Sister Reimu, who told that she have guest who happen to be Remilia Scarlet, Sakuya Izayoi and Koakuma, where lady to Remilia to begin the her and other to Voile Library, where Patchouli was very illness, Paul saying the Magic that keep her healthy, they've enplane that Magic have been working inside the Library, only Sakuya's Luna Dial working, Later Max find Patchouli's research about the Five Color of Magic, but before they could deep into it, A Scream coming outside the Scarlet Devil Mansion, Coming outside to see what going on, they see Cirno the Ice Fairy, back to her Fairy Wings and unable to used her Ice Power, along with Daiyousei and Mystia trying to came her, Paul ask who was Screaming finding Seth and Wriggle trying to comforting Rumia who was deeply blind by the Sun.
No longer, The Team gone to Myouren Temple, finding that Byakuren Hijiri trying to Ichirin Kumoi who upset about Unzan being missing along with Captain Minamitsu Murasa, and a upset Kogasa, Byakuren's Magic around her also gone just like Patchouli's. Paul made a Meting outside the Temple, telling them that the Mana all over is becoming weak and colorless, even pointing about this is what was happening in the outside world, they understand, they all chick on the other.
After chick all round they fine that Alice's magic also stop working right and said that making a New Doll would become mindless, the Goddesses have gone missing, that some are pain with the magic to heal them right, and that some Artifact for some reason.
